Mr Jayapal was the CEO of AEC Education Plc during listing and subsequently the Finance Director before becoming Non-Executive Director of Malvern Education Plc. He has more than 32 years extensive Management experience of which 25 years in education.He is currently the Deputy President of UK Accounting Group called McMillan Woods International, Chairman of Trace Capital Pte Ltd and Chairman of Hallmark Nominee Services Pte Ltd Singapore, Board of Governor of St. John International School, Malaysia and Advisor to English Learning Group Pte. Ltd.Mr Jayapal is the Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants UK (FCCA), the Fellow Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (FCA), and the Fellow Institute of Certified Management Consultant (FCMC).
Mr Jayapal is one of the Founder Member and a Fellow of the Institute of management Consultants (IMC) and was its Past President.
Mr Jayapal has been instrumental in developing the Asian network for McMillan Woods, in particular, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Mr Jayapal was also instrumental in bringing Linguaphone Ltd (UK), specialized in English Language teaching to this regional in helping them tie-up a regional agreement with English Language Group for 15 countries.
Mr Jayapal has been an active member of the Rotary Club, he is currently the District treasurer of District 3310.
Dr Chin holds a MBBS degree and was Chairman of Drs Horne & Chin Pte Ltd and The Pharmacy Pte Ltd; Council Member of the Singapore Medical Association; member of its Ethics Committee; Treasurer and subsequently Chairman, Finance Committee in the Eighth Council, College of General Practitioners Singapore.
Dr Chin’s community service included being the Founder President, Parent’s Teachers’ Association, St Michael’s Primary School (1969-1971), Member of the Panel of Advisors to the Magistrate, Juvenile Court (1976 -1992), Vice-Chairman, Parole Board, Ministry of Social Affairs (1987-1992) and Panelist, R.E.A.C.H. He was the Founder-President of RSVP Singapore – The Organisation of Senior Volunteers (2000-2012) and former Board Member of Samaritans of Singapore (2011-2017).
He is an active Rotarian and has served as President of Rotary Club of Singapore (1979-1980) and District Governor, District 330 (1983-1984).
Currently he is an Independent Director of Rotary International, District 3310, Berhad, Advisor to the Foundation of Rotary Clubs in Singapore.

He’s been awarded by the Rotary International receiving the Rotary’s President Citation Award (1983/84), The Rotary Foundation Citation Meritorious Service Award 1992/93 and RI-Rotary Service Above Self Award 1993/94.

Mr. Kelvin Chan holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in 1985. He is currently a management consultant, trainer and executive coach. He is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) and also a Registered Management Consultant in Singapore. He specialises in corporate productivity and related improvement techniques including Productivity Management, Green Productivity, Business Excellence and Industrial Engineering Techniques. He is an Honorary Certified Productivity Practitioner of the Asian Productivity Organization. He was awarded the CMC Academic Fellow Award by The International Council of Management Consulting Institutes for his significant contribution to thought leadership within the management consulting profession supported by exemplary teaching and applied research.
Kelvin Chan is the Director and Principal Consultant of Teian Consulting International Pte Ltd and had led multi-disciplinary teams of Consultants and Professionals in assisting more than 800 SMEs in productivity improvement and related projects in Singapore, Asia, and Africa. He served as a Chief Resource Person / Resource Person for the Asian Productivity Organization and is instrumental in training many Productivity Practitioners, Productivity Consultants and Trainers and Green Productivity Specialist in Asia, Africa and South America for more than 20 years. He also served as an Associate Facility for the subject on Productivity Management at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He was the Chair of the Working Committee for the development of the Enterprise Singapore recognised, Registered Management Consultant (RMC) certification programme of the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) to certify management consultants in Singapore.
He is an active Rotarian and has served as President of Rotary Club of Singapore North in the term 2012-2013. He is instrumental in spearheading the club’s ‘North Wheel’ project in partnership with Mobility Aids Services Training Centre of Kampong Senang Charity and Education Foundation. The project focuses on repair, maintenance and recycling of wheelchairs for the community in Singapore. Over the years, he has served in other positions including Vice-President, Director Club Administration, Director International Service, Sergeant at Arms and member Community Services Committee.
In serving the professional community, he served as the Honorary Secretary of the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) (IMCS) since 2011 and is currently the Head of the IMCS and RMC Secretariat.
She is a graduate of Monash University with a Bachelor of Economics degree majoring in Accountancy and is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia as well as being a Registered Filing Agent with ACRA Singapore.
Linda has worked with a global independent trust company for 15 years, where her last position held was as their Managing Director of the Singapore office. She had more than 50 employees, her office’s assets numbering well over USD 100 million under her administration.
Even now, she remains the Resident Manager of Kensington Trust Singapore Limited.
Linda is passionate about giving back to the community and rotary, having been President of the Rotary Club of Labuan from 2004/05 and President of Rotary Club of Sentosa from 2010/2011. She has also held down positions such as the Chairman of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) from 2016/17 and 2015/16, Treasurer of Potential Realised in Youth through Mentoring and Education (PRYME) Society from 2016/17.
Elsie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics and Sociology from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Business with Distinction, International Marketing from Curtin University. She has a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
Elsie, retired on 1 July 2018 as the Chief Marketing Officer, a Senior Management within the group at Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPHL). The Integrated Marketing Division under her was responsible for SPHL media revenue of over $700m harnessing the convergent power of print, digital, radio and out-of-home to maximize advertisers marketing efforts. She brings with her over 30 years of Marketing, Operational and General Management experience in media, retail, fashion and the sporting goods industry.
In SPH, besides marketing SPH media assets and building client relationships, Elsie led numerous change management projects to transform the organization and people to be future ready in the digital evolution. She was responsible in driving customer experience and operational excellence for her 500 team members including a large call centre that took in over 3 million advertisements per year. Elsie pivoted the group to new publishing and customer relationship management systems and led in system change projects valued at over $20m.
Elsie joined the Rotary Club of Pandan Valley in 2010. She was the Past President in RY2014/2015 and have been an active and engaged member participating in numerous community and international projects. She has also been the District Chair in Public Image for three years since RY2015/16 and helped in District Training programs. She is currently an Assistant Governor. Elsie is also a life member of The Singapore Press Club and their Honorary Treasurer.
Raj has a degree in Business Administration.
Raj has been an entrepreneur for the last 25 years with IPC, which has numerous businesses under his group of companies, including tourism, teambuilding, event management as well as promoting sustainable practices in the workplace. He is also involved in real estate and has developed properties in the USA as well as Australia.
Raj has been instrumental in initiating several campaigns under Project Connect- a CSR project initiated by his company- working with ST Money Pocket Fund in Singapore, Bishop Allen Girls Home in Chennai (India), street kids in Jaipur (India), and an orphanage in Cambodia. He has championed the Junior Engineers Project under the Vocational Service committee and also actively involved in Batesda Home Orphanage Project in Batam under the International Service committee. He has been a rotarian for 5 years, and currently on board the Rotary Club of Singapore for the 3rd consecutive year.
Lai Chun has extensive experience training all levels of staff members from various industries (government organizations & MNCs in property, hospitality, retail, financial sectors, telcos, educational institutions etc). She has more than 20 years’ experience in local, as well as international training and consultancy work.
Lai Chun was with Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) for 8 years on suicide prevention work. While in SOS, she trained volunteers, personnel from Singapore Police Force, as well as HR and hotline personnel from organisations in crisis skills. She was also the main speaker and facilitator for SOS external workshops and programmes.
Lai Chun’s corporate training career took flight when she joined the training departments in The Body Shop, POSBank and Service Quality Centre (SQC -whose parent company was Singapore Airlines). While in SQC, her trainees included management and cabin crew members of SIA.
She was also the Global Master Trainer in an international company (UP Your Service Ltd), which brings her experience into many public and international MNCs in South East Asia, North & South Asia, Middle East, Australia and Europe.
Lai Chun was also the former Executive Director at Canossaville Children's Home/In 2019, Lai Chun authored a book – ‘Do I matter’ which focuses on the importance of self-esteem in being a ‘resilient’ shield to help us weather any life storms and maintaining our well-being.
Lai Chun also speaks at international conferences and company-wide events, as well as on radio and TV programmes.
For more than 20 years, Lai Chun taught a Module on ‘Interpersonal Skills’ for students of National University of Singapore (NUS) and received many commendations for excellent teaching and facilitation.

KC Tong served in the National Service & ROD as a Signals Officer from 1971-1973. He graduated with a B.Sc Bldg (Hons) from University of Singapore in 1977. KC Tong was a Project Director of Tong Bros Construction Co Pte Ltd (family construction business) managing construction of factory/warehouse in Ipoh & Singapore. He diversified the company’s activities to residential property development of terrace, semi-D & detached houses and condominium. In 1985, he co-founded Electronic Resources Ltd (ERL), a distributor of key components (Intel CPUs, HDDs, MB, memory chips) in the PCs market.
In 1993, ERL was listed on SESDAQ and in 1995 was upgraded to the Main Board of SGX. With $1.0 billion annual sales, ERL was acquired by Ingram Micro Inc in 1997. In 1999, KC Tong retired as a Chairman of ERL to return to family business. From 1999 onwards, KC Tong spent his time to manage his family business of construction and property development, extending investments in property development to Tokyo, San Francisco and golf courses to UK.
• KC Tong is an active Rotarian and has served as a Charter Member and President (RY 1990-91) of Rotary Club of Tanglin.
Augustine’s three decades of working experience have been in diverse areas of management vis-a-vis marketing, leadership, revenue growth, business development, operations, customer relations, strategic planning as well as in general administration. He is an experienced practitioner in Marketing and Business Disruption with a demonstrated history of working in the media and higher education industries with sterling track records in improved market share sales and transformed top line sales. Augustine is also competent ACTA Certified facilitator and assessor for TAE and CET programmes cum MOE Registered Enrichment Programme & CCA Instructor.
Augustine had volunteered and held the post of Assistant Secretary of the Aljunied Constituency Zone E Residents' Committee (1990 to 1997). He has been attending New Creation Church since July 2011 and serves regularly in a Ministry Care Group. Augustine is an ACS alumnus and a lifetime member of the ACS OBA.

An advocate of lifelong learning she took up Advanced Certificate of Training and Assessment (ACTA, WSQ) from Institute of Adult Learning and ICDL Advanced Microsoft Excel. She also gained certification by Google on Google Analytics and Certificate of Accomplishment on Robotic Process Automation for Beginners offered by Temasek Polytechnic.
Angela currently runs her own boutique Finance & Accounting Business. Her past corporate regional experience in USA, German and Finnish MNC companies, fast moving organization had mould her into resourceful, highly adaptable, with strong drive with business partnering mindsets. On top of that, ability to function in fast pace environment, this in return build her to be independent, enterprising personality and team player. Industry experience in technology, telecommunication, networking equipment and semiconductor. Her past corporate working experience had equipped her in functional experience such as accounting, finance, taxation, credit administration operation, risk assessment and management, Channel operations and distribution and channel.
Her areas of expertise range from Financial Accounting, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, credit assessment and management, taxation management, ERP systems implementation and excel modelling. During circuit breaker she do learning Hack Series – Excel session over zoom during lunch hours organized by imPAct @ Hong Lim Green. She had facilitated workshops on topics such as Introduction to Business Analytics, Data Storytelling for Business, Microsoft Excel Makeover, and Keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft Excel.
Angela starts serving in the community since aged 18 as a Grassroots Leader with Braddell Heights Community Club’s Youth Executive Committee and Women Executive Committee, Tampines Central Community Club Women Executive Committee, Residents Committee, holding post from Treasurer, Secretary, auditor, vice chairperson and Chairperson during her tenure. She was also a Pioneer Generation Ambassador from Year 2015 to Year 2017, doing home visit to Pioneer Generation Citizens, to explain and engage seniors on the Government initiative Pioneer Generation Package and Silver Support Scheme Package. She is also a volunteer with Yellow Ribbon Community Project (YRCP) grassroots-led initiative, visiting families of offenders to offer them social support and assistance to help minimise their burden.
Her involvement in the community includes organising community event such as one day educational tour, social education, overseas tours, ministerial community visit, home visit and assessing ComCare Applicants and many more. She joined the Rotary Club of Singapore East in May 2018. She is currently Honorary Treasurer with FRCS-Family Service Center since Oct 2018.

Casey is an adjunct Adult Educator with the Singapore Institute of Adult Learning, Specialist Adult Educator under the Adult Educators Network (AEN), and co-author of a published study that uses the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educator Survey (MBI-ES) to assess burnout among workers with part-time training roles.
