Overview:
  • This 1-day Course aims to heighten Participants’ awareness of operational risk and to equip them with the knowledge and skills to manage such events in accordance with the organization’s Operational Risk Management Framework.

Ms Faith Chan holds a Master of Social Sciences (Applied Economics) Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the National University of Singapore. Her career spans across both private and government sectors e.g. financial institutions, education and maritime ministries. Faith possesses numerous skills and has acquired professional certification in many areas including but not limited to Training and Assessment (ACTA), Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Operational Risk Management.
