Inaugural Learning Series

On 30th March 2021, FRCS Learning Centre and North East CDC have organised the Inaugural Learning Series, where approximately 40 participants were in attendance. This one-day event comprises two sessions covering topics on Nutrition: What You Need For Healthy Aging and SkillsFuture Advice. First up, we have Katherine Khoo, a nutrition therapist and a fellow Rotarian, to share the significance of incorporating protein into our diet and understanding the difference between good and bad fats. Aside from health advice, participants also had the opportunity to discover how they can utilise their SkillsFuture credit from the myriad of courses available from the portal. At the end of the session, attendees even received a $5 worth of NTUC voucher. Big thanks to e2i and SkillsFuture Advice for supporting this event! We would also like to thank our guest speakers and the attendees. The event would not be made possible without everyone’s active participation and support!
