Established in 1993, the Foundation of Rotary Clubs (S) Ltd (FRCS) is an Institution of a Public Character (IPC). It is the charity arm of all Rotary Clubs in the country. As an umbrella body that unites and represents Rotary Clubs across the nation, we pioneer and support humanitarian and educational projects to help those in need. We rally Rotarians to serve in the community, mobilizing their leadership skills and vocational expertise in projects that transform lives, and ultimately promote peace in society.

FRCS and Rotary Clubs in Singapore are affiliates of Rotary International, an organization that has launched a worldwide movement of volunteerism and community service since its founding in 1905 in Chicago, USA. Through the years, FRCS has worked with and provided support to Rotary Clubs and Rotarians in the avenues of Community, Humanitarian and Educational service in our island Republic.
