Foundation of Rotary Clubs (Singapore) Ltd is the umbrella body that unites the 23 Rotary Clubs in Singapore and is the charity arm of Rotary in Singapore. Over the past 25 years, the Foundation has transformed gifts into impactful service projects that changed lives in the community.

FRCS Eldercare & Caregivers Centre (FRCS ECC) is a division of FRCS. We offer a physical space custom fit for the elderly and caregivers in Bukit Batok West Avenue to gather, socialise, and receive support services. We are positioned to serve 2,500 seniors and other residents in the 13 HDB blocks in the area.

Proceeds from The Rotary Flag Day will be channeled towards the FRCS Eldercare & Caregivers Centre (FRCS ECC), Youth-at-Risk fund, as well as continuing funding and implementation of service projects by our Foundation, Rotary Clubs, Interact Clubs and Rotaract Clubs in Singapore.
