Wine Appreciation Class
Organised by the FRCS Fellowship Committee, PP Paul Keng conducted a Wine Appreciation Class on 30th December 2021 to welcome the new year. This event received great interest despite the Covid-19 restrictions.
As a wine enthusiast, Paul has been conducting wine appreciation talks for the past 20 years. He prepared a presentation on various types of wine and their origins, how they are prepared and the food they can be paired with.
The second half of the night was most anticipated as participants were served 5 varieties of wine from Piedmont, Friuli, and Veneto Northern Italy. This was complimented with a cheese assortment and bento meal consisting of prawn, fish, chicken, meat, and vegetables.
