On 6th September 2022, FRCS Eldercare & Caregivers Centre (FRCS ECC) members had their first frailty assessment for the Share-a-Pot programme. Staff and volunteers from ECC and Khoo Teck Puat hospital ensured a smooth flow through the 6 stations.

The Share-a-Pot programme runs in cycles of 12 weeks to facilitate regular monitoring of our participating seniors’ fitness levels, and track their progress through the physical, functional and psycho-social assessments.
