FRCS Eldercare & Caregivers Centre
Official Opening Ceremony and Open House
The long-awaited moment is here, the Foundation of Rotary Clubs Singapore’s – Eldercare and Caregivers Centre (FRCS ECC) is officially opened!
On 25 June 2022, Mayor Low Yen Ling, our Guest-of-Honour, unveiled the plaque which marks the official launch of the FRCS ECC located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5.
In the afternoon, we welcomed residents to our Open House where they enjoyed activities such as arts & crafts, and games hosted by the National Library Board (NLB).
Moving forward, we will be facilitating programmes and workshops which promote active ageing, building social connections among the residents, and supporting referrals to appropriate services.
We would like to thank Mayor Low for providing the Foundation of Rotary Clubs Singapore a space here at Bukit Batok Avenue 5, so that we can extend our outreach and continue giving back to the community through our Eldercare & Caregivers Centre.
Lastly, a huge thank you to all our Rotarians and donors for your generous contributions toward our Centre. Without you, we would not have been able to bring this project to fruition.
Please continue to watch this space and our social media @frcsingapore for updates on our Centre and future FRCS fundraising projects.
